NOTAMS
CEAU 07-024 In the interest of safety and property protection, the Airport would like to remind those who are authorized by the airport to drive vehicles inside the fence to limit their operations to those deemed absolutely necessary. This includes vehicles on Aprons, Area 2-3, Tie-Downs, T-Hangars, and all othernon-movement areas. We have specifically received concerns of vehicle traffic within the Hangar 12, 19, and HSBC apron areas
Those vehicles with the appropriate decal should proceed to their Tie-Down or T-Hangar with extreme caution for parked and taxiing aircraft. Vehicles shall obey the 15 mph speed limit on all surfaces, and 5 mph speed limit within 50 feet of aircraft. As always, all taxiing aircraft have the right of way.
If perimeter access roads are open and usable outside the fence, please use those roads instead of aircraft aprons to access your hangar, especially those in corporate hangars on Sumac Road.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We know that you share our interest in safe and efficient ground operations at Chicago Executive Airport.
