The first step is to confirm all addresses within certain sound level boundaries as determined by the FAA. Then, each home is individually tested to confirm the sound levels. While not every home within the designated boundary automatically qualifies, from our experience most end up meeting the criteria needed to secure funding for sound insulation materials.
